Living History Farms Field Trip
We will be leaving right after announcements on the morning of Sept.
26. We will head to Des Moines, and spend a very full day of touring the area. We will learn a lof about what
life in Iowa used to be like.
Students need to be sure to dress appropriately. This means
if it is cool in the morning, and warm in the afternoon, you should be sure to have layers. Remember, it is easier to
take off a jacket or sweatshirt, if you're hot, but if you are cold and don't have anything to put on, you may be miserable!
Also, students will need to bring a sack lunch. Please keep
time and resources in mind while packing lunches. We will want to throw away all of our trash and it would be really
nice if we didn't have lunch bags/boxes to worry about. "Brown-bagging it" is my recommendation to all students.
We will return to school by 3:00 to ensure everyone will make the
busses.
